How soon will my order ship?
- Standard Ground orders received before 3:00PM Central Time normally ship same day.
- Express orders received before 2:00PM Central Time normally ship same day.
Exceptions to the above are items that are out of stock or on backorder. If you place an Express order and an item is not in stock or on backorder, you will be contacted for approval to other arrangements. |

Where does my order ship from?
Many orders will ship directly from our facility here in Oklahoma, however, we do have the ability to drop ship from about 18 different warehouses across the US which usually provides faster transit times than many of our competitors. |

How are your shipping charges calculated?
When you go to the checkout page, our website communicates directly with Fedex to obtain real time shipping rates and options to your location. These charges include standard shipping rates and also variable surcharges such as fuel, and rural delivery which Fedex implements. These charges are actual and TMS adds nothing to them. |

Why do you ship signature required, and can I opt out?
Any order totalling over $100.00 before shipping charges are applied will include a mandatory "signature required" option. We don't like having to do it, but to protect our interests and prevent fraudulent claims of non-receipt of merchandise, we must unfortunately strictly enforce this requirement with no exceptions. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not order from our website.
